Ariel is graduated in Law by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He practices in the area of obligations, contract law and dispute resolution. Ariel spent part of his studies at the University of Lisbon, Portugal, in an academic mobility program. He holds a master’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and also has academic experience in comparative and international private law.

He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo.

Bernardo holds a postgraduate degree in Derecho de Los Negocios y Litigación Internacional, with emphasis on electronic and international contracts and international litigation, from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain. With 15 years of experience, he practices in dispute resolution covering corporate civil liability and civil liability in consumer relations, in addition to providing consulting through legal opinions and preparation of private and administrative contracts. Bernardo has solid experience in corporate disputes in the automotive, automation industry and financial market sectors. He has also advised multinational companies in the telecommunications, oil, gas and energy, publishing, retail, food and healthcare industries. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Section of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Cristiano is our advisor specialized in strategic tax law. He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with specialization in business and economics law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Cristiano also holds a Master degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with an emphasis on state law and tax law, providing extensive consultancy in Family and Corporate Governance. Edivaldo has a post-graduate degree in civil procedural law from Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE). He has experience in the field of civil law and consumer law. He has advised large multinational companies, especially in the retail, telephony, pharmaceutical and banking sectors. Through legal outsourcing, Edivaldo has also worked in the legal department of a large multinational company. Eduardo is specialized in the prevention and resolution of disputes involving civil and corporate law, civil liability and private consumer relations. Enaide is our advisor in corporate law and foreign investment. She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), with specialization in Commercial Law from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), in tax law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), in Business Law from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and in Conflict Mediation from the Psychotherapy Clinic and Mediation Institute (CLIP). Enaide holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is a professor in extension and post-graduate courses.

Rodrigo is our advisor specialized in mechanical engineering, focused on technical work and in assistance with complex investigations involving traffic accidents and automotive engineering. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Rodrigo has a postgraduate degree in Engineering of Assessments and Expertise from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He is a criminal expert and a specialist in traffic accidents, mechanical investigations, vehicle fire and fraud against insurance companies. Rodrigo is a professor from traffic accidents and forensic engineering subjects in several postgraduate courses, having been an instructor in traffic accident investigations at the National Public Security Secretary – SENASP/MJ, at the National Federation of Associations of DETRAN – FENASDETRAN and at the Escola Superior do Ministério Público da União.

Rodrigo co-wrote Dinâmica dos Acidentes de Trânsito – Análises, Reconstruções e Prevenção (Millennium, 4th ed., 2011) and wrote the chapter Diagnose de Incêndio em Veículos in the book Incêndios e Explosões – Uma Introdução à Engenharia Forense (Millennium, 2nd ed., 2019). He is also a member of the Rio Grande do Sul Criminalistics Association (ACRIGS) and of the Brazilian Criminalistics Association. He is a member of the Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
