ROBUST RESULTS WITH HIGH LEVEL OF RELIABILITY

Administrative Law, Regulatory Law and Anti-Corruption Compliance

The lawyers in the Administrative and Regulatory areas assist clients in structuring deals for contracting with the Government (Laws no. 8,666/93 and 12,462/11), including with the third sector (OSCIP – Society Organization of Public Interest). The team also analyzes bidding invitations, offers assistance in the compilation of documents and in the monitoring of public sessions of bids, and represents clients in the Courts of Auditors from States, Cities and Federation.

We have experience in drafting administrative contracts, advisory opinions related to the legal hypotheses of exemption of bids, infrastructure bids, bids for educational projects and teaching systems, concessions and public-private partnerships, concessions for the use of public space in airports according to the Bidding Regulation of INFRAERO – Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Company and regulations from the Ministry of Defense.

We have been acting for several years in strategic litigation involving public civil lawsuits, administrative improbity cases, class actions, writs of mandamus, civil liability of the State, and legal means of execution for credit recovery from the Public Treasury.

We also work with matters related to the Brazilian Anticorruption Law and its interlocution with the FCPA (USA) and the UK Bribery Act (United Kingdom), as well as in the making of preventive policies to corrupt practices, structuring and consulting in the implementation of integrity programs.
